<p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>401(k) matching </li><li>Dental insurance </li><li>Health insurance </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Opportunity for advancement </li></ul> <p>Senior Counselor</p> <p>Mental Health Recovery Services Division (MHRS)</p> <p>Greenfield Residential Program</p> <p>Pay: $18.53-$20.53 (See details below)</p> <p>We're looking for inspiring team members who enjoy bringing out the best in people and are especially motivated to work with adults in mental health recovery.</p> <p>As a Mental Health senior team member, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Assists the House Manager with various responsibilities as assigned; providing leadership during assigned shifts, assisting with scheduling, assisting with MAP oversight, updating electronic client files, vehicle logs, etc. </li><li>Help create a supportive, homelike environment for the individuals in our residence; </li><li>Assist program participants in making plans to meet their specific recovery goals; </li><li>Restore and teach daily living skills; </li><li>Engage participants in meaningful activity in the house and in the community; </li><li>Write daily shift notes and other communications. </li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisors. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$18.53/hr: For individuals without Medical Application Program (MAP) certification </li><li>$20.53/hr: For individuals with an active MAP certification </li><li>Base $18.53/hr + $2/hr MAP certification differential </li></ul> <p>Full-time Schedule Available:</p> <ul> <li>Sunday-Thursday: 3pm-11pm (40 hrs) </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Driver's license for 6+ months </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Physical ability to attend to residents' safety needs </li><li>Experience working with mental health recovery a plus </li><li>CPR, MAP, and First Aid certifications preferred </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Paid Vacation Leave (starting at two weeks minimum plus year-end rollover) </li><li>Paid Sick Leave (11 days plus year-end rollover) </li><li>Paid Holidays (11 holidays + 1 floating holiday) </li><li>Paid Personal Leave (3 days) </li><li>403(b) Retirement Plan (with 1-to-1 match up to 4% by ServiceNet after one year) </li><li>Health Insurance (85-90% paid by ServiceNet for individual plans) </li><li>Comprehensive Dental Insurance </li></ul> <p>About ServiceNet</p> <p>ServiceNet is a compassionate non-profit organization that helps individuals facing challenges such as mental illness, developmental disabilities, brain injuries, homelessness, and substance use issues.
