<p>Nurse Practitioner: Completes medical histories and physical exams and provides treatment to Advanced Surgical Associates patients in accordance with the medical plan of care; critical pathways; established Self Regional Healthcare, Self-Medical Group, and Medical/Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care. Provides assistant to the providers in Neurosurgery and Physiatry. Performs rounding at Self Regional Healthcare on Neurosurgery patients and will be responsible for discharge summaries and orders on patients when deemed appropriate. Any other assigned duties per Practice Physicians, Practice Manager, and Self Medical Group Administration. Performs all other duties as assigned by Medical Director and Director.</p> <p>Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, current licensure, clinical expertise, leadership, and organizational ability. Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. Must be self-motivated. Performs any other assigned duties per Orthopedic of the Lakelands Physicians, VP Of Medical Affairs, and Self Medical Group Administration.</p> <p>Graduate of an accredited PA program, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, NCCPA National Certification Exam completion and passing, current licensure, clinical expertise, leadership, and organizational ability. Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others. Must be self-motivated. Must have significant practice experience in private practice or institutional setting.</p>
