This role is the business sector leader who will drive strategy and success for all OHM. The primary focus is on both traditional transportation infrastructure engineering and future mobility.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities</p> <p>Maintain and Grow OHM Transportation Services:</p> <ul> <li>Identifies and executes strategies for growth and success in our various markets. </li><li>Works closely with key operational leaders to identify opportunities, key clients, and projects to pursue. </li><li>Develops and oversees our business development and marketing strategies for Transportation success. </li><li>Develops key relationships with teaming partners and other industry leaders. </li><li>Serves as the market leader and represents OHM at conferences and industry events. </li><li>Ensures our talent and approach meet client needs. </li><li>Develops the Discipline's overall Quality process and promotes its understanding and use company-wide. </li></ul> <p>Group Financial Management:</p> <ul> <li>Prepares the annual discipline budget as part of the yearly business plan process. </li><li>Works with the VP of Finance and other VPs and Directors to review and analyze costs, operations, and forecast data to maintain and improve discipline operations. </li><li>Compiles and summarizes operational revenue and sales projections and tracks on an ongoing basis. </li></ul> <p>Talent Management:</p> <ul> <li>Seeks, identifies, and onboards key discipline staff, focus is on recruiting, hiring, and growing staff. </li><li>Plans and implements personnel decisions. </li><li>Establishes and tracks group utilization goals. </li><li>Manages key staff within the Discipline. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Direct background or knowledge of roadway design, bridge engineering, and/or traffic engineering. </li><li>The ability to identify business prospects, and key client issues, and plan for growth and success. </li><li>The ability to coach and train all levels of project team members from staff engineers and technicians to project managers and technical experts. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, good organizational skills, proven ability to manage people, and enjoy working in a team environment. </li><li>A Positive, charismatic attitude, with an eagerness to continue to grow our Transportation teams company wide. </li><li>An inclusive approach that identifies strengths, focuses on the development and helps all staff succeed. </li></ul> <p>Benefits Summary</p> <p>At OHM Advisors, our people are our greatest asset.
