<p>Job Details</p> <p>ChristianaCare Primary Care at Concord Health Center is currently seeking an Office Assistant.</p> <p>Primary Care at Concord Health Center is a growing family practice located at 161 Wilmington West Chester Pike in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. Primary Care at Concord is home to a dynamic team of 6 potentially, 7 providers, 2 registered nurses, 7 medical assistants and two office assistants. Primary Care at Concord Health Center sees an average of 100+ patients daily, ranging in ages from neonates to geriatrics.</p> <p>Primary Care at Concord is seeking motivated individuals with core organizational values, self-motivation, excellent customer service skills, and efficient work ethics.</p> <p>Primary Care Concord Health Center | ChristianaCare</p> <p>Work Schedule:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Mondays from 7am to 7pm</p> </li><li> <p>Tuesday through Thursday from 7am to 6pm</p> </li><li> <p>Friday from 7am to 4:30pm</p> </li><li> <p>No weekends or holidays.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job duties & responsibilities:</p> <p>You will handle various tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and registering patients. You will represent the practice and handle multi-line telephones, manage the front desktop, collect insurance payments, apply ICD9 and CPT4 codes for billing, and perform outreach calls. You will interact with physicians, staff, and patients to provide accurate communication and customer service.
