Our culture is a family atmosphere with many long term employees due to our kind and understanding workplace.</p> <p>Job Purpose:Assists Body Shop team with greeting repair clients, preparing work orders; ordering and staging parts; contacting insurance company; maintaining customer rapport and follow up.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2-Years automotive collision damage estimating experience with CCC </li><li>Obtains insurance estimates by contacting insurance companies; reviewing damage estimates with insurance adjuster; resolving repair and replacement requirements. </li><li>Prepares work orders by describing repair and replacement services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering work orders into dealership management system. </li><li>Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle; obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers; answering questions and concerns; arranging temporary transportation. </li><li>Maintains body shop records by recording repair and replacement actions. </li><li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications. </li><li>Enhances body shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications and Skills</p> <p>Clean drivers license</p> <p>Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser License</p> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Salary plus a generous commission</p> <p>Major medical health, dental, vision</p> <p>Paid training</p> <p>Paid vacation</p> <p>401K plan</p> <p>Employee purchase plan on parts, service and vehicles</p> <p>Job Type: Full-time</p> <p>Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year depending on experience</p> <p>Shift:: 8 hour shift</p> <p>Work Days: Monday to Friday</p> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Body Shop: 2 years (Preferred) </li><li>Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) </li></ul> <p>License/Certification:</p> <ul> <li>Drivers License (Preferred) </li></ul> <p>Work Location: Dealership</p> <p>Please reply to paul.palidora@springfieldemail.com or sarah.boulaiche@springfieldemail.com</p>
