As a Talent Program Specialist within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.</p> <p>The PartnerUp program is a business-led collaborative that builds connections between career-bound high school seniors and employers with career opportunities. PartnerUp links employers with educators to provide committed guidance, real-world opportunities, and ongoing assistance to high school seniors who are interested in starting a career post-high school.</p> <p>The Talent Program Specialist will facilitate a robust curriculum in high schools throughout the Cleveland footprint.</p> <p>This curriculum will include topics such as:</p> <ul> <li>Building your career foundation </li><li>Creating your strengths story and developing an elevator pitch </li><li>Professionalism and career branding </li><li>Identifying your power skills </li><li>Resume basics & review </li><li>Interview skill-building & workshop </li><li>Mock interviews & interview day preparation </li></ul> <p>We are looking for a candidate with experience with, but not limited to;</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in secondary education and/or vocational coaching is required. </li><li>Experience with project management or event logistics management is preferred </li><li>This person should be comfortable with public speaking </li><li>This person will also manage relationships with education partners to guide their participation in the PartnerUp program. </li></ul> <p>Work location will vary between home, office, and school settings. Frequent local travel is required. There may be opportunities for occasional travel to Pittsburgh and/or Birmingham.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Supports the development and delivery of programs for targeted talent segments using sound talent management principles. </li><li>Responsible for stakeholder consultation, the creation and delivery of development & system resources, project and program measurement, and other deliverables that support talent programs. </li><li>Maintains and executes projects, events, systems and deliverables related to talent programs. </li><li>Assists program managers in determining development needs and objectives for various audiences. Recommends, designs, implements and/or evaluates program deliverables as assigned. </li><li>Fosters effective relationships among the HR function, the management team, business units and external partners.
