Perform mechanical, limited electrical and other tasks as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <p>Ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions on mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.</p> <p>Skilled use of various tools for maintenance tasks.</p> <p>Perform preventative maintenance activities.</p> <p>Perform welding and fabrication.</p> <p>Safely use powered industrial trucks and aerial work platforms, as needed.</p> <p>Read and understand advanced machine blueprints, schematics as well as work orders and specifications.</p> <p>Perform rigging and lifting.</p> <p>Collect and transport machine parts, tools, equipment, and other materials.</p> <p>Communicate with or assist other team members to repair or move machines, machine parts, or equipment.</p> <p>Use testing equipment to perform troubleshooting on circuitry and fuses.</p> <p>Complete all job specific documentation using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).</p> <p>Ensure safety standards such as lock out / tag out are adhered to at all times.</p> <p>Perform other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Skills and Abilities: Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability. Ability to interpret metric and standard dimensions. Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.</p> <p>Education: HS Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.</p> <p>Experience: 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance.</p> <p>Working Conditions: Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds on a regular basis. Stand, bend, twist, and climb for 8+ hours. Flexible to work any shift, including overtime, as needed.</p>
