Area of focus will be on cash and transaction reconciliations. The ability to get into details and provide guidance on corrective actions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, reliable with a positive attitude. Works well independently and as part of a team.</p> <p>FLSA: Non-exempt</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform daily cash reconciliations and reporting for retail operations. </li><li>Download and review daily bank reports and verify accuracy of receipts. </li><li>Create and maintain departmental spreadsheets for credit card and retail cash reporting. </li><li>Uses various platforms such as Authorize.Net, Magento, TSYS, Brinks, and Oracle. </li><li>Data mining. </li><li>Special Projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience & Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance. </li><li>3-5 years of Finance/Accounting experience with high transactional volumes. </li><li>Proficiency with advanced Excel skills with a proficiency in pivot tables and v-lookups </li><li>Experience with credit card processors (TSYS, Authorize.net, AMEX, Core Store) </li><li>Oracle or other ERP experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks. </li><li>Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required. </li><li>Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc.
