Clinical partners include Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, Newark's University Hospital in Newark, and other affiliates.</p> <p>Through this community of healers, scientists, and scholars, Rutgers is equipped as never before to transform lives.</p> <p>Posting Summary</p> <p>Rutgers School of Health Professions (SHP) is seeking a Senior Training and Consultation Specialist to work in the Psychiatric Rehabilitation & Counseling Professions Department.</p> <p>As an integral part of the NJ DHS-DMHAS funded training and technical assistance projects, the Senior Training and Consultation Specialist will work alongside faculty members and project staff. The Senior Training and Consultation Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training and consultation activities related to their assigned project. In addition, the Senior Training and Consultation Specialist will contribute to the implementation of evidence based psychiatric rehabilitation services in both NJ's community based mental health services and the state psychiatric hospitals. This position is fully grant funded.</p> <p>Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Develops and delivers educational training programs for one or more of the NJ DHS grant funded training and technical assistance projects (Community Support Services, Integrated Employment Institute and State Hospital Psychiatric Rehabilitation Initiative). </li><li>Provides consultation and technical assistance to administrators, supervisors, clinicians and direct care staff. </li><li>Completes formative, process, outcome and impact evaluation of training. </li><li>Contributes to and prepares reports related to the degree of success in achieving program outcomes. </li><li>Maintains a high level of knowledge and expertise in topics related to mental health workforce development and multiple areas of evidence-based or empirically supported mental health interventions. </li><li>Contributes to the preparation of scholarly manuscripts and presentations. </li></ul> <p>Position Status Full Time Hours Per Week Daily Work Shift Work Arrangement</p> <p>This position requires a fully on-site work arrangement.</p> <p>FLSA Exempt Grade 26S Position Salary Annual Minimum Salary 73161.00 Annual Mid Range Salary 87905.00 Annual Maximum Salary 104450.00 Standard Hours 37.50 Union Description HPAE 5094 Payroll Designation PeopleSoft Benefits</p> <p>Rutgers offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
