As a privately held organization, Servier is uniquely positioned to advance cutting-edge science, tackle underserved therapeutic areas, and make patients the focus of every strategic decision.</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>The Director of Enterprise Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping the external reputation of Servier U.S., while ensuring that employees are well-informed and engaged in the Company's mission, vision, and impact. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategic communications plans that drive the organization's business objectives and enhance its overall presence. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs, this role will be an active member of the US Corporate Affairs Leadership Team and will play a crucial role as a leader for the Corporate Affairs function. This role will partner cross functionally the US organization and with global communication colleagues.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement comprehensive strategic communication plans that align with and drive the organization's business objectives. </li><li>Lead global executive communications and thought leadership strategy for the Chief Executive Officer, including social media strategy and content development for speaking engagements, presentations, and internal communications. </li><li>Collaborate with internal business partners and stakeholders at all levels of the company to craft compelling stories that support key business initiatives and direct content to appropriate internal and external channels. </li><li>Oversee content development and strategy for corporate social media channels, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and branding. </li><li>Support communication activities during issues and/or crises, ensuring timely and effective messaging. </li><li>Lead the transformation of internal communications to support the company's growth, cultivating a transparent and inclusive culture where employees feel informed, heard, and valued. </li><li>Lead the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of all communications strategies, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and provide appropriate ROI. </li><li>Oversee the growth and development of a high-performing enterprise communications team. </li></ul> <p>Education and Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in public relations, integrated marketing, communications, Journalism or equivalent </li><li>Agency and in-house experience required </li><li>Deep experience leading executive communications programs preferred </li><li>12-15 years of experience in communications roles across the pharma/biotech industry </li><li>Track record of working with individuals at all levels of an organization </li><li>Demonstrated experience working across teams and departments, fostering a cooperative and supportive environment. </li><li>Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Understanding of analytics and communication performance measurement tools. </li><li>Strong leadership and team management experience, with desire and capability to develop junior talent </li><li>Demonstrated experience working across teams and departments, fostering a cooperative and supportive environment </li><li>Demonstrated ability to listen deeply, understand different perspectives, and tailor messages accordingly. </li><li>Strong ability to think creatively and solve complex communication challenges, </li></ul> <p>Travel and Location</p> <ul> <li>10% travel </li><li>Boston </li></ul> <p>Servier's Commitment</p> <p>We're an organization, committed to modeling diversity, equity, and inclusion for the entire industry, and to maintaining an inclusive environment with equitable treatment for all.
