<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are currently recruiting new part time Bilingual English/Spanish LMSW clinicians to join our Bronx-Based Article-31 Mental Health Clinic, VIDA Guidance Center. This role serves as a part time therapist, providing individual therapy to children, adults, and families.</p> <p>Part Time commitment is between 12-16 hours per week with a regular weekly commitment to work shifts falling within the operations hours of the center:</p> <p>Monday ? Thursday: 9 am ? 8 pm</p> <p>Friday: 9 am ? 5 pm</p> <p>Saturday: 9 am ? 2 pm</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Social Work required. </li><li>NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) </li><li>Bilingual English and Spanish required. </li><li>Proficiency with evidence-based modalities. </li><li>2 years of previous experience in a mental health clinic, hospital, behavioral health, or similar setting required. </li></ul> <p>Key Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Completes documentation in accordance with OMH regulations. Monitors treatment plans for patients. </li><li>Provides bio-psychosocial assessments and clinical diagnostic assessments. </li><li>Conducts individual psychotherapy </li><li>Maintains skills and knowledge in clinical theory and practice to help patients overcome dependencies, adjust to life, and make changes. </li><li>Provides counseling to family members to assist with understanding and supporting patients. </li><li>Engages in crisis intervention when necessary and refers patients or family to community resources. </li><li>Provides consultation to medical providers.
