<p>ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS</p> <p>Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Understanding plants and supplier lead times and production processes. </li><li>Collect, analyze, and interpret data to help a company improve its performance and meet goals. </li><li>Review stock levels, monitor inventory, and manage excess inventory. </li><li>Creating Purchase Orders and maintaining RFID tag levels to ensure proper supply to plant. </li><li>Evaluate and report on key metrics and performance indicators to internal stakeholders. </li><li>Help identify potential risks and challenges, and help businesses devise strategies to mitigate them. </li><li>Tracking KPIs and report on supply chain performance </li><li>Analyze supply chain data related to purchasing, planning and inventory management </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience with SIOP, S&OP or IBP processes </li><li>Strong Power BI and Excel Skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree </li><li>Two to four years of related experience </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Advanced computer skills and interaction with vendor websites, emails, entering information into and querying databases, and analyzing with spreadsheets. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred. </li><li>Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage product ordering in a cost effective but timely manner. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written skills to provide effective communication with customers, fellow workers, vendors and company management. </li><li>Capable of taking initiative in making decision(s). </li><li>Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. </li><li>Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems. </li><li>Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. </li><li>Strong judgment skills to determine the right amount of stock for prioritizing jobs. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and efficiency of operation; Ability to follow up and track details. </li><li>The ability to prioritize and execute tasks under pressure. </li><li>Strong customer service orientation. </li><li>Ability to deal calmly and effectively with stressful situations. </li></ul>
