<p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across departments and translate these into Salesforce solutions. </li><li>Analyze existing Salesforce processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. </li><li>Propose solutions to optimize workflows, process automation, reports, dashboards, and custom objects to meet business needs. </li><li>Build oversight reporting and monitoring to ensure data integrity. </li><li>Provide end-user support, training, and documentation to improve adoption and best practices. </li><li>Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, implement relevant updates. </li><li>Support and troubleshoot system issues, escalating as necessary. </li><li>Maintain compliance with data privacy and security regulations. </li><li>Support CCMG Salesforce releases by testing and reviewing new or updated features with the business to ensure requirements are met before production. </li><li>Provide after-hours Salesforce release support monthly by working with team members to test and communicate features once available in production. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>4+ years of industry experience </li><li>2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst </li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data management. </li><li>Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, third-party apps) is a plus. </li><li>Familiarity with Lightning Experience and AppExchange applications. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud </li><li>Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools </li><li>Experience building in Tableau </li><li>Basis SQL knowledge </li><li>Experience with Snowflake </li></ul> <p>About Clark Capital</p> <p>Clark Capital Management Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
