For information about ABM's benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age </li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license </li><li>Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate traffic flow </li><li>Communicate valet procedure, information and directions clearly and effectively with guests. </li><li>Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer and team member inquiries. </li><li>Monitor illegal parking, and immediately store vehicles. </li><li>Interact with guests in a friendly manner </li><li>Assist guests with loading and unloading </li><li>Collect and secure guest keys </li><li>Predict and communicate traffic flow peaks and lot issues </li><li>Identify and arrange for extra support for extended wait times. </li><li>Accurately tally and split the tip pool </li><li>Receive and receipt a variety of valet payments </li><li>Accurately reconcile and report daily revenue </li><li>Project currency and coin requirements and re-order as necessary. </li><li>Operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, Facility policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations. </li><li>Work in an outdoor unprotected environment in all climates for extended periods of time </li><li>Keep work area clean of debris. </li></ul> <p>A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
