Escalate issues whenever there are risks to proper service.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate driver activities and shuttle assignments to resolve service issues and minimize overtime, downtime, and hours of service violations. Complete attendance trackers and verify that drivers are using Omnitracs properly. </li><li>Ensure that customer's needs are being met in a prompt and professional manner and escalate issues (late dispatch, breakdown, other service failures) to managers and sales force.
