<p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico) </li><li>One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting. </li><li>Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
