<p>Communications Coordinator</p> <p>Location: Indianapolis, IN</p> <p>Hourly rate: $36.00 - $46.00</p> <p>Contractor benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401k</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>The purpose of the OCM (Organizational Change Management) Coordinator role is to ensure that all OCM aspects of the company Deployment are considered, understood, and followed. </li><li>The OCM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the OCM deployment toolkit is adopted, and all deliverables are completed. This role is in close contact with the global OCM team and is a local deployment team member. </li><li>The OCM Coordinator supports the local/site deployment lead, the local functional leaders, and the affected employees in all aspects of Organizational Change Management for the company in managing and leading through the change. </li></ul> <p>Tasks & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees all OCM, communication, and training activities. </li><li>Manages local stakeholder assessment and impact assessment. </li><li>Manages local organizational impact analysis and change plan. </li><li>Coordinates stakeholder specific activities together with comms and training. </li><li>Ensures local resources are in place to manage OCM activities. </li><li>Hands-on resource(s) to execute OCM activities on local level. </li><li>Executes activities from OCM plans to ensure the organization is ready for change </li><li>Utilizes OCM plan and templates provided in deployment toolkit or local equivalent to lead the organization through the change. </li><li>Follows on Organizational Alignment and Workforce transition as required. </li><li>Regularly monitors status and provides feedback to the global OCM team. </li><li>Is responsible for completion of all deliverable within the toolkit. </li></ul> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelors' or Masters' degree. </li><li>Background in Project Management / IT / Pharma / Learning & Development / Organizational Development. </li><li>Experience in Organizational Change. </li><li>Experience of leading, or having a significant role in the implementation of large scale and cross functional projects. </li><li>Is familiar with cultural aspects and business of the region / location and has a good network. </li><li>Holds a PROSCI Practitioner Certificate or equivalent. </li><li>Positive personality with a can-do attitude and a problem solver with a history of meeting and overcoming challenges and change resistance. </li><li>Stakeholder management experience in a large corporate environment. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal language skills in English and German. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to challenge and influence at all levels. </li><li>Proven ability to deliver solutions through networks of communities and or of change agents. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Former Group Informatics experience is preferred. </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Experience large IT Service Management Projects. </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>SAP, S/4HANA Experience. </li></ul> </li></ul> <p>Must be U.S. Person for purposes of Export Compliance.</p> <p>EEO Statement Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
