This role will investigate accident and/or safety occurrences, review safety reports and statistics, negotiate, prepare, evaluate, and settle cases with employee/claimant, attorneys, insurance carriers and provides to minimize assure fair claim settlements.</p> <p>Exceptional Skills and Qualifications</p> <p>Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred, in lieu of degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. </li><li>Two years' experience in workers compensation strongly preferred. </li><li>Ability to collect and analyze data </li><li>Strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Ability to collaborate with various teams to provide an exceptional experience in managing workers' compensation claims. </li></ul> <p>Why Community?</p> <p>At Community Health Network, we build teams that deliver exceptional care through empathy, communication and collaboration.
