Create, develop, and lead a technically credible and highly capable team that foster a culture of collaboration, learning and innovation. The role also includes managing talent, representing the organization at industry events, and collaborating with executive leadership to set technology direction. Additionally, it entails managing budgets and resources, driving a results-oriented culture, and leading the development of differentiated programs aligned with long-term objectives.</p> <p>What you'll be working on:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver a strategic technological vision and direction for the Software Engineering organization </li><li>Lead and manage the Software Development that meets the needs of XDR internal and external customers </li><li>Designs, guides and assesses systems designs and oversees review of product/system development code developed by other engineers to solve ambiguous problems </li><li>Ensure delivery consistent with Agile processes across the team </li><li>Work effectively with Product, SOC and other service stakeholders to ensure software delivery matching agreed priorities </li><li>Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage and provide progress on all software development activities </li><li>Accountable for the on time and to quality delivery of software development projects </li><li>Reviewing and applying said best practices to establish architecture and frameworks consistent with and supportive of the Product Strategy </li><li>Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management </li><li>Evolves the product roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs and develops the mid-term technical vision for projects/products </li><li>Represents the organization at industry events and conferences and collaborates with executive leadership to set technology direction and priorities </li></ul> <p>What you bring to the role:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's/ master's degree in computer science or equivalent </li><li>15+ years of experience with Bachelor's or 12+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, with 8+ years of technical management experience </li><li>Proven mentoring and coaching capabilities of Software Engineers </li><li>Hands on experience in JavaScript, React, Docker, AWS (or other cloud platforms) </li><li>Enthusiasm for implementing AI solutions </li></ul> <p>What you'll get from us:</p> <p>A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued.
