<p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs in accordance with submitted work orders </li><li>Perform general maintenance task including painting, landscaping and carpentry repairs </li><li>Perform preventative maintenance, reporting major repair and maintenance needs to Facilities Manager </li><li>Provide assistance with keeping the information in the maintenance software platform up to date </li><li>Complete independent projects </li><li>Assist Facilities Manager with project tracking and vendor management </li><li>Proactively identify and communicate to Maintenance Coordinator potential opportunities for maintenance projects </li><li>Assist in creating and scheduling preventive maintenance and service work orders </li><li>Perform building, equipment, grounds and system inspections to identify any issues </li><li>Meet and work with vendors to complete RFP's and projects. </li><li>Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks </li><li>Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>COMPETENCIES</p> <ul> <li>Customer Service Skills </li><li>Ability to understand and follow directions </li><li>Detail Oriented </li><li>Organizational Skills </li><li>Analytical Thinking </li><li>Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities </li><li>Ability to work as part of a team </li></ul> <p>SCHEDULE</p> <p>Office hours are: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. This position requires occasional shifts outside of traditional hours during a scheduled shut down for equipment service or in emergency repair situations. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status.</p> <p>This position is 100% onsite at designated locations.</p> <p>EDUCATION- CERTIFICATIONS- WORK EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required </li><li>2-4 years maintenance experience required </li><li>Trade apprenticeship graduate preferred </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Frequent travel within a 50 mile radius, occasional travel within 150 mile radius </li><li>Push, pull or lift up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. regularly </li><li>Spend long periods of time standing and/or walking </li><li>Climb ladder and/or ramps regularly </li><li>Stoop, crouch and kneel regularly </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL INFORMATION</p> <ul> <li>Must have valid drivers license and current insurance </li><li>Must wear work appropriate shoes/boots and pants for Safety reasons </li><li>This position will occasionally require evenings and weekend work </li></ul>
