Crouse#s Risk Management team is hiring a Full Time Pharmacy Charge Auditor. Pay Range: $60,000.00/year + based on education # experience Available Schedule(s): Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm # Pharmacy Charge Auditor Position Responsibilities: Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the charging and billing of medication for the organization. Serves as the primary coordinator and liaison for billing and reimbursement related matters, ensuring compliance, policies, and procedures. Acts as a liaison with affiliated departments, working with Pharmacy, IT, Rev Cycle and compliance. Develops and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provides expertise and training on ongoing billing and compliance. Pharmacy Charge Auditor Position Requirements: High school Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor Degree in Business, Informatics, or Healthcare related field preferred. Two (2) # Three (3) years# hospital pharmacy experience required. Computer software experience preferred. Experience serving as a pharmacy and nursing liaison for automated distribution systems desired. Working knowledge of 340B hospital pharmacy and billing practices. # Preferred working knowledge and use of Soarian Pharmacy, Soarian Clinical, Soarian Financials, and One Content.
