Ensures cost data is correct and maintained within cost system. Conducts analysis on detailed revenue information reconciling variations. Creates revenue forecasts and ensures proper revenue recognition.</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Monday - Friday, Day Shift - Hybrid (Training will be onsite)</p> <p>Required Education:</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> <p>Recommended Education:</p> <p>Required Work Experience:</p> <p>Accounting - 2 years of experience</p> <p>Recommended Work Experience:</p> <p>Required Certifications:</p> <p>Recommended Certifications:</p> <p>Description</p> <ol> <li> <p>Collaborates with clinical staff to accurately assess clinical procedures and develop standard cost.</p> </li><li> <p>Uses knowledge of various intermediate cost accounting methodologies and ability to assess which method is applicable.</p> </li><li> <p>Uses knowledge of overhead allocation methodologies and process of assigning indirect cost to clinical procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts analysis of various systems that integrate data into the Strata (cost) system; reconciliation and troubleshooting with vendor.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts analysis of monthly and YTD revenue for variance and forecasting.</p> </li><li> <p>Uses knowledge of market data related to procedure charges and perform analysis on pricing.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts patient estimates for compliance with price transparency.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with the annual revenue budget and analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for revenue data integrity from order to patient account.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for the hospitals accurate CDM (Charge Description Master) required for billing.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol>
