May provide direct patient care.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education.</p> <p>Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.</p> <p>Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors and staff.</p> <p>Coordinating unit activities with other hospital departments of the hospital</p> <p>Develops and implements staffing plans.</p> <p>Required for All Jobs</p> <p>Performs other duties as assigned</p> <p>Complies with all policies and standards</p> <p>Does this position require Patient Care (indirect/direct)? Yes</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree Nursing required or</p> <p>Master's Degree Nursing preferred</p> <p>Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
