In this internship, you'll get hands-on experience working on security enhancements, maintaining current web pages, and helping to develop new pages for our web applications.</p> <p>Accountable for:</p> <ul> <li>Security Enhancements: Assist in rewriting and improving the security architecture of our web applications using C# and Blazor. You'll work alongside experienced developers to implement best practices and reform security for better management. </li><li>Maintaining Existing Pages: Help with the ongoing maintenance of current web pages, addressing bugs and implementing small enhancements as required to ensure the pages remain functional and up-to-date. </li><li>Developing New Pages: Assist in the development of new pages and features for our web applications using Blazor and C#. You'll work closely with the team to understand requirements, contribute code, and test new features. </li><li>Bug Fixing and Optimization: Participate in troubleshooting and fixing bugs, as well as optimizing the performance of existing features and pages. </li><li>Team Collaboration: Work directly with senior developers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to learn best practices in coding, software development, and problem-solving. </li><li>Learning and Documentation: Gain valuable experience while documenting your work and ensuring that solutions are well-documented for future reference and knowledge sharing. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. </li><li>Familiarity with C#, .NET, or Blazor development is a plus (but not required). </li><li>Basic understanding of web development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. </li><li>Ability to work in a collaborative team environment. </li><li>Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve coding skills. </li><li>Good problem-solving and debugging skills. </li><li>Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and Azure Services. </li><li>Interest in security best practices for web development. </li></ul> <p>Plastic Ingenuity is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, as we know that each of our employees helps to make us better.
