The Production Supervisor will be leading a team consisting of hourly frontline associates, and possibly salaried exempt associates. Responsibilities include cost efficiency, continuous improvement on processes, service, and safety. This is an opportunity to lead a diverse team of 15 to 30 hourly manufacturing associates with varying levels of experience. This role is expected to develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develops and leads a cross functional/departmental team to take on day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals </li><li>Delivers effective change leadership to drive business changes while minimizing people impact </li><li>Motivates team members to achieve plan goals by having a regular presence on the plant floor </li><li>Applies knowledge of TPM processes, equipment and system capability for individual and facility standards. </li><li>Sets and achieves performance standards with regards to safety, line utilization and quality </li><li>Tracks key performance indicators/costs, anticipating and correcting trends which would compromise achievement of financial targets </li><li>Oversees and ensures facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime </li><li>Builds people capability through effective employee relations, hiring, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel </li><li>Ensures compliance with all health & safety regulations </li><li>Administer policies and procedures </li><li>This role requires you to work off-shift and weekend work </li></ul> <p>Compensation and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,700 - $118,400. </li><li>Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
