<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Curry College is seeking a dynamic and experienced entrepreneur to join our faculty as an Associate Lecturer in our Entrepreneurship program. We are committed to providing our students with practical, real-world knowledge and skills to thrive in the ever-evolving entrepreneurial landscape.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build and teach courses on topics such as fundamentals of entrepreneurship, identifying opportunities, developing business ideas, understanding the entrepreneurial mindset and business model generation </li><li>Mentor and advise students on their startup ideas and business plans. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Significant experience as a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record of launching and growing businesses. </li><li>Strong understanding of current entrepreneurial best practices and methodologies. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. </li><li>Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior teaching or mentoring experience is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Committed to attracting and retaining a diverse staff, Curry College will honor your experiences, perspectives and unique identity.
