<p>Advisors Insurance Brokers</p> <p>We are an independent, nationally recognized insurance Brokerage General Agency (BGA) that specializes in Life Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance (in ALL its forms), Disability Income Insurance, and Fixed and Indexed Annuity consulting and sales.</p> <p>The firm offers a comprehensive portfolio of Insurance and Annuity products suitable for individuals and families, employer groups and professional and other associations. AIB works with individual advisors, as well as with insurance agencies, financial planning firms, banks and credit unions, broker dealers, wire houses and others. By extension, they help each of them and their affiliated advisors to help their individual and group clients, including businesses, colleges and universities, unions and trade associations, health maintenance organizations and others.</p> <p>AIB also provides regular educational workshops to the general public on planning related issues, as well as sponsoring numerous comprehensive educational sessions for their affiliated advisors and others.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Business Development Specialist will provide proactive, high-quality support to the overall sales success of the Agency. The candidate is expected to provide direct, external retail-facing sales support to the Business Development Team, in the form of sales support to the business development team and, s/he becomes more experienced, direct retail sales results.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in scheduling in person and/or web based (e.g. Zoom) appointments for internal sales agents. </li><li>Attend offsite consumer trade shows and conferences. </li><li>Assist in compiling an email marketing distribution list. </li><li>Assist in general marketing initiatives via phone, email, direct mail, etc. </li><li>Work with internal brokerage sales support teams across all product lines, as needed. </li><li>Learning & assisting with generation of insurance/annuity proposals/illustrations. </li><li>Updating agency internal CRM as needed. </li><li>Assisting in preparing for agency attended conferences, trainings and other events. </li></ul> <p>Primary Skills & Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred. </li><li>At least 1+year of experience in a insurance sales position or similar preferred. </li><li>Life Insurance and/or Long Time Care experience/ knowledge a plus. </li><li>NYS LAH License or willing to obtain (within first 90 days of employment). </li><li>Ability to adapt quickly and adjust to changing priorities. </li><li>Possess a "continuous learning" mindset and highly passionate about driving results. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Eligible to participate in company benefit plan. </li><li>Supportive team environment with experienced mentors to guide your success. </li><li>Full-time position with cross training and professional development opportunities. </li></ul> <p>About Integrity</p> <p>Integrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
