<p>Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading supplier of building envelope solutions that effectively drive energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative working out of our Berea, OH facility.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for managing the customer order process from initial customer request for pricing and presentation of the pricing quote through receipt of the customer service order and entry into the order management system (SAP). This position will also act as a conduit between customer and the functional groups on any changes to product or shipping schedule prior to customer receipt of product. The individual in this position will be expected to form strong relationships with customers, helping to identify solutions that will benefit both the customer and the company.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Handles all customer service requests, managing customer orders from placement through shipment, providing accurate lead times and verifying prices, credit memos, and return merchandize authorization (RMA). </li><li>Manages and documents customer issues and act as a primary point of contact for </li><li>Determine customer requirements and expectations and prepare and present quote to customer in a timely manner. </li><li>Maintains a network of appropriate contacts within the various Departments, such as Shipping, Purchasing, Production, etc. as well as external venders. </li><li>Identifies opportunities to benefit the customer and the </li><li>Understands products applications and works with the customer to identify the best solutions for the project requirement. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and time management </li><li>Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software with the ability to learn and efficiently utilize SAP </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Negotiation skills </li><li>Conflict resolution ability </li><li>Knowledge of product and its application </li></ul> <p>Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Teamwork</p> </li><li> <p>Builds trust with others by encouraging open dialogue and Seeks diverse perspectives to create stronger solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Managing Change</p> </li><li> <p>Able to keep on track despite difficulties or barriers that may be Addresses conflict to find common ground solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Retains a mindset of always striving to make things Applies continuous improvement tools and processes to every aspect of the role.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Focus</p> </li><li> <p>Listens to understand the needs of customers (internal and external). Seeks to align goals with attainment of organizational Has a sense of ownership and personal accountability for actions taken.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required:</p> </li><li> <p>An associate's degree is required</p> </li><li> <p>Three years of customer service experience</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred:</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelors Degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Equipment Used:</p> <ul> <li>Standard office equipment </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Office Environment </li><li>Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm </li></ul> <p>Travel Requirement:</p> <ul> <li>Limited travel may be needed for this </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Used:</p> <ul> <li>Personal Protective Equipment is not regularly required for this position but may be necessary if visiting a manufacturing facility. Required equipment could include: steel toed shoes, safety vest, head protection, hearing protection and safety glasses. </li></ul>
