In this key leadership role, you will oversee a team of experienced professionals and drive innovative solutions to enhance financial aid operations. For more than 150 years, we've been known for not only our groundbreaking work in STEM research, but also for our collective imagination, ingenuity and innovation.</p> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>Qualified candidates will need:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, business information technology, or related. </li><li>Six (6) years of experience in an administrative setting, data and analytics, maintaining databases, IT user support, process automation or related required. </li><li>Experience in financial aid, with a background of progressive management and supervisory experience in systems, data and quality assurance processes preferred. </li></ul> <p>Skills needed:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent supervisory, analytical, and project management skills. </li><li>Experience with automated systems and processes preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of federal, state, and institutional regulations related to financial aid eligibility and processing.
