<p>Community Care Physicians Weight Management & Metabolic Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This position is 4 days per week, 32 hours weekly.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assess patient status by obtaining health history. </li><li>Order/perform laboratory diagnostic and other screening tests. </li><li>Treat illnesses, give injections, suture wounds. </li><li>Monitor therapies and provide continuity of care. </li><li>Counsel patient/family on preventive health care. </li><li>Participate in peer reviews, chart reviews, staff education, clinical guideline development and other continuing education. </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this opportunity and have the desired qualifications, please Apply Now!</p> <p>Annual Salary Range: $100,000- $150,000</p> <p>CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
