As valued team members, students are also encouraged to share and implement their own ideas, enhancing both their personal growth and the collective success of the team.</p> <p>Description</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The Engineering Quality Improvement Co-Op will work as the project lead with support as needed from the Quality Engineer's, Quality Management (part managers) and the Op-Lead. The Co-Op will be responsible for developing and supporting with the implementation of the new enhancements. Current methods do not totally minimize and or eliminate the risk of defects being shipped to our internal customers.
