Seeks to improve training methods and delivery processes and monitors training quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides training needs assessment, reporting, recommendations for learning content, effectiveness assessments including ROI, learning impact, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs coaching, consulting, analysis and assessments to promote continual individual and organizational performance improvement.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol>
