<p>LOCATION: Sylvan Hills High School</p> <p>484 Bear Paw Road</p> <p>Sherwood, Arkansas 72120</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate and one of the following: </li><li>Completed two (2) years of study at an institution of higher education or obtained an Associate's degree or higher degree or passed a paraprofessional academic assessment test (NCLB requirement) </li></ul> <p>REPORTS TO: ALE Classroom Facilitator</p> <p>JOB GOAL: To aid and support the ALC Classroom Facilitator in the effective implementation of ALE programming.</p> <p>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Reinforce instructional activities with students as prescribed by the ALE Classroom Facilitator. </li><li>Assist in the preparation and effective implementation of all teaching and learning activities in ALCs or other ALE programming tiers. </li><li>Provide effective student supervision at all times and assist in the coordination and effective implementation of all activities under the direction of the classroom facilitator. </li><li>Inform site facilitator when supplies are low. </li><li>Assist in the preparation instructional lessons as directed by the ALE classroom facilitator. </li><li>Participate in in-service, professional, and/or faculty meetings as directed by the ALE classroom facilitator or building principal. </li><li>Reports to and is responsible to the site facilitator. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:</p> <p>Salary Range: Range 7 - Support Staff Hourly Salary Schedule ($13.30/hr. - $25.18/hr. depending on relevant experience)</p> <p>Length of Contract: 181 contract days</p> <p>FLSA Status: Non-exempt</p> <p>Personnel Status: Classified</p> <p>Benefits Eligible: Yes</p> <p>EVALUATION:</p> <p>Performance of this job will be evaluated according to provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Staff Personnel.</p> <p>APPLICATION PROCEDURE:</p> <p>Interested and qualified applicants should submit an online application at www.pcssd.org.
