We call ourselves The Bank that SERVICE Built to remind us every day of our brand promise.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities - MLO:</p> <ul> <li>Develop business through maintaining contact with realtors, builders, developers and construction lenders. </li><li>Maintain knowledge of available loan products, processing procedures, and underwriting and general department guideline </li><li>Interviews potential customers and answers questions about various types of mortgage loans. </li><li>Reviews, analyzes, and processes mortgage loan requests.
