<p>ARC, located in Greer SC, is an FAA-Certified Repair Station specializing in electrical and mechanical accessories for gas turbine engines, airframes and landing gear components. ARC develops technically challenging DER-approved repairs of precision assemblies, including heated latches, drain tubes, EGT harnesses and pressure transducers. Additionally, ARC develops repairs for easily damaged, yet economical to repair components, such as drain masts and air ducts. ARC also can provide contract reverse engineering and production capacity for the assembly and test of technical components.</p> <p>Action Research Corporation (ARC), a division of HEICO Corporation, is currently looking for a first shift Customer Service & Sales Representative to support our growing customer demand. Punctual and regular attendance is a requirement of this job. Team Member must also comply with the company drug and alcohol program.</p> <p>ARC is supplier of new and repaired components for the Aerospace industry. Applicants for this position must have superior work ethic and be able to perform required duties with little to no supervision. The responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the job duties listed below.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate with customers through various channels by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times </li><li>Respond to and communicate with all Customer Quality requests (Warranties, Scrap certs, and RO or PO discrepancies) </li><li>Coordinate with Project Manager on weekly open order reports as needed by customers </li><li>Responsible for day-to-day customer communication and timely responses to customers (ex. general inquires, quotes, follow ups, RO discrepancies, ESD's, etc.) </li><li>Acknowledge and resolve customer concerns and escalate them internally as required </li><li>Conduct research with available resources to satisfy customer inquiries </li><li>Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when communicating externally and internally </li><li>Communicate customer needs internally to Project Manager/GPM </li><li>Maintain internal customer documentation and trackers </li><li>Provide support for Sales Team as needed </li><li>Other related duties may be assigned </li></ul>
