With recent advancements in Generative AI, it is now possible to deliver delightful customer experiences at a fraction of today's cost.</p> <p>Team:</p> <p>Maven has assembled a world-class team from Google, Meta, Amazon, and Stripe, and is supported by executives & advisors from OpenAI, Google, HubSpot, and Stripe.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>As a MidMarket Sales Manager at Maven AGI, you'll drive our expansion in the mid-market segment, leading a team of Account Executives who are reshaping how businesses interact with their customers through AI.</p> <p>You'll help build and lead a high-performing team of AEs, helping them close deals while maintaining healthy pipelines and strong customer relationships. You can make your mark on a rapidly growing company while helping define the future of AI-powered customer interactions.</p> <p>This is a hybrid position based out of our Boston, MA office.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Build and execute a focused mid-market sales strategy that drives consistent revenue growth </li><li>Set clear performance expectations and help your team consistently hit their numbers </li><li>Track and measure key sales metrics, including pipeline generation, win rates, and sales cycle length </li><li>Work with AEs to develop effective account strategies and coach them through complex sales cycles </li><li>Support the implementation of sales programs that help your AEs master our solution and sales process </li><li>Participate in strategic sales calls to better understand customer challenges and refine our approach </li><li>Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Experience teams to ensure smooth handoffs and successful customer implementations </li><li>Work with Product and Marketing to ensure our offerings meet customer requirements </li><li>Use data to optimize territory planning and account distribution among your AEs </li><li>Build a positive, high-energy sales culture that attracts and retains top talent </li></ul>
