<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Provides corporate human resources services including: talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation administration and health and welfare benefits administration including leave programs, records management, employee relations and retention, compliance, and completing personnel transactions. </li><li>Act as local HR support for the facility. </li><li>Supports human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action. </li><li>Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from database. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the I-9 verification process. </li><li>Recommend innovative approaches, polices, and procedures to promote continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed </li><li>Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. </li><li>Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. </li><li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Benefits after 30 days including Medical, Dental, and PTO!</p>
