Recognizing and valuing exceptional talent, we're eager to discuss the exciting details of this bonus during our interview process.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Clinical Instructor is responsible for providing comprehensive education and training to healthcare professionals in the field of medical imaging.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Develop and update educational curriculum for imaging professionals, including radiologic technologists, ultrasound technicians, and other imaging staff. </li><li>Design educational materials, presentations, and hands-on training modules. </li><li>Deliver engaging and interactive educational sessions to imaging staff on various imaging modalities, techniques, safety protocols, and patient care. </li><li>Conduct both classroom-style and hands-on training sessions to reinforce learning. </li><li>Develop and administer competency assessments to evaluate imaging staff's proficiency in various imaging procedures and techniques. </li><li>Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support professional development. </li><li>Complies with all policies and standards. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Radiologic Technology required </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications</p> <ul> <li>Radiologic Technologist [MA State License] </li><li>Registered Technologist [ARRT-R] </li><li>Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] </li></ul> <p>Work Experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience working as a Radiologic Technologist or in a related imaging role for 2-3 years required </li><li>Experience in staff education or training 1-2 years preferred </li><li>Previous experience in educational instruction, curriculum development, or clinical education preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>In-depth knowledge of medical imaging modalities, techniques, and safety protocols. </li><li>Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners. </li><li>Proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies. - Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Commitment to promoting patient safety and quality care in medical imaging. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Onsite</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>75 Francis Street</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is an Affirmative Action Employer.
