<p>We are Engineered to Serve.</p> <p>Tindall Corporation is a leading Precast Concrete Manufacturer, with locations throughout the Southeastern U.S. Our mission is to support our customers, create remarkable structures, and deliver never-before-seen solutions every step of the way.</p> <p>Our employees enjoy benefits including:</p> <p>Low Cost Employee Health plan, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, Fully-paid Basic Life, Voluntary Life, Whole Life, Accident, Hospitalization, Critical Illness, EAP and a 401k Plan with Company Match & Profit Sharing.</p> <p>Summary of Primary Functions: Performs all welding duties that are required on the erection site.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Cleans connection plates with chipping hammer and wire brush; Moves ladder to various locations for welding.</p> </li><li> <p>Climbs up ladder, with welding leads, to extreme heights to connect panels together with a weld connection.</p> </li><li> <p>Drills holes for red head bolts in foundation, installs red heads, bolts clip angle to foundation and welds angles to panel.</p> </li><li> <p>Alleviates bad joints by using a hand wrench to pull the panel together to make the weld connection.</p> </li><li> <p>Welds haunch and base plates on members at job site when required.</p> </li><li> <p>Welds connection plates on panels, beams, columns, and double tees as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Helps erection crew with duties when available, such as; grouting, positioning members, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Specifications or Qualifications:</p> <p>Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Certified in AWS Positions: SMAW-3F and SMAW-4F, and a valid driver's license.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <ul> <li>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran. </li></ul>
