Fast forward to today, that dedication to quality and understanding of players' needs has turned Marucci into an All-American success story, the number one bat preferred by players and The Official Bat of Major League Baseball (MLB).</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Victus is looking for Part-time Sales Representatives to join our team! You will be the face of our company at different tournaments and other events. This role is responsible for promoting the company's products and ensure all guests have a positive experience.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate directly with tournament directors via phone & email to determine site set up and product distribution. </li><li>Travel to events to represent, sell, and market our brand(s). </li><li>Communicate with other internal departments (ex: Accounting for Tax Rates; Warehouse for Transferring Products). </li><li>Report to the department's Director on all activities. </li><li>Manage the collaboration of other team members on engagement initiatives with directors and players. </li><li>Cost analysis- budgeting trips </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:</p> <ul> <li>Good communication skills, both written and oral and is confident in talking to customers about our products. </li><li>Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task, ability to meet deadlines and works hard. </li><li>Required to be knowledgeable on all baseball/softball equipment (Marucci and competitors) </li><li>Positive attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft (ex: Excel and Word) and Google (ex: Sheets and Docs) Products </li><li>Square-Point of Sale </li></ul> <p>Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Customer Mindset: Creating an exceptional experience for internal stakeholders and external customers.
