<p>Overview</p> <p>Champion Comfort Experts is seeking self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Residential HVAC Installation team to help deliver excellent service to customers at nights, weekends, or both.</p> <p>What we OFFER you!</p> <ul> <li>Full-Time or Flexible scheduling options </li><li>Year-Round work </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>Paid Training </li><li>Weekly pay </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>Fully stocked company vehicle, gas card, cell phone, tablet, and uniform </li><li>Robust benefits package - health, dental, vision insurance, 401k match, IRA, and more </li><li>Employee Discounts </li><li>Employee Referral Bonus </li><li>Career growth opportunity </li></ul> <p>Contact with us to talk about your future!</p> <p>What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer:</p> <ul> <li>Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications </li><li>Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation </li><li>Properly connect equipment </li><li>HVAC Installer serve customers by analyzing work orders, following daily travel schedules, listening to customer concerns, performing designated work, and proactively solving problems </li><li>HVAC Installer cooperate with other departments to continually improve the process and flow of information </li><li>For each HVAC installation job, request necessary parts & equipment needed in advance and verify truck is loaded properly with all materials needed to complete it </li><li>Document work performed in accordance with company procedure </li><li>Provide guidance to assistants or apprentices and share knowledge </li><li>Keep personal tools and equipment operable and up to date </li><li>Maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and standards </li><li>HVAC Installer will maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions </li><li>All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/manager </li><li>Drive a box truck and ensure that it is properly maintained </li></ul> <p>What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:</p> <ul> <li>At least three (3) years of residential HVAC installation experience and knowledge </li><li>Must have EPA Universal 608 Certification </li><li>Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check </li><li>Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record </li><li>Strong customer service skills </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude </li></ul>
