<p>Description</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Assistant Branch Manager at First Farmers Bank & Trust will oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer service. You will support the Branch Manager in driving performance and operational excellence while fostering a positive work environment.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure branch activities comply with all banking regulations and internal policies.
