<p>Roxbury Community College (RCC) is a public institution of higher education offering associate degrees, certificate programs and lifelong learning opportunities to the Greater Boston community. Our annual report is available at Clery Report.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Title: Executive Director of Student Financial Services</p> <p>Unit: NUP Non-Unit Professional</p> <p>Department: Finance</p> <p>Reports To: Chief Financial Officer</p> <p>Date: May 2025</p> <p>The Executive Director of Student Financial Services at Roxbury Community College is responsible for the overall management and administration of all students' financial services as well as the operation of the Financial Aid and Student Accounts Offices. This vital leadership role is central to refining processes, ensuring stringent regulatory compliance, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role is crucial for enhancing technological utilization, actively participating in system upgrades and integrating new technologies that support the college's mission. The position significantly contributes to strategic planning efforts aiming to elevate operational efficiencies across financial services. In collaboration with the CFO, the ED is responsible for the development, oversight, and implementation of financial aid strategies, policies, and awarding practices to ensure efficient and strategic disbursement. Additionally, the ED will demonstrate clear commitment to providing excellent customer service, reinforcing the college commitment to student-centered experience.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer a student financial services program that offers personal and quality service to all students and their parents. </li><li>Coordinate efforts with the Business Office, Registrar, Information Technology, Institutional Research, Admissions, and other offices on campus. </li><li>Serve as the Chief Compliance Officer for Title IV federal aid regulations;
