<p>Come make a difference with us, working one on one with our clients! 4C Health is a growing non-profit, comprehensive Community Mental Health Center serving the communities of North Central Indiana for over 45 years. We are rural behavioral health specialists integrated in the physical and behavioral health well-being for our staff and consumers. Our crisis continuum of care includes Mobile Crisis Teams, a Crisis Stabilization Unit, and an Acute Care Unit. 4C Health continues to grow, and we are looking for agile staff committed to caring for our consumers, communities, and each other! Our workforce is the heartbeat, meeting the needs of our local communities, don't wait, join our team!</p> <p>This position is supervising our Outpatient departments in Cass, Miami, Fulton, Pulaski, Howard, Tipton and White Counties. This includes coordinating programs, both internally and externally, so services are provided based on a continuum of care that addresses client needs and maintains effective communications with referral sources and other service providers. This position must participate in clinical consultation/supervision with staff and collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop, implement, and administer clinical programs and services within the Center. This position operates under minimal supervision but must be willing to solicit professional assistance in the area of responsibility from outside sources, as necessary. A person in this position must exercise tact, judgment, and confidentiality in contact with the public, clients, and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center. Work is very broad in scope, requiring the application of complex and technical practices and procedures and a high level of professionalism.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise Center clinicians in their documentation to include timeliness of documentation and to ensure the demonstration of medical necessity and adequate documentation to support the services a client is receiving adequately reflecting how the levels of services being provided are benefiting the client if such documentation is needed by a referral source. </li><li>Understand and support through training, education, and operational efficiencies CCBHC Quality Measure Data collection & reporting. </li><li>Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Clinic Services and the identified clinical quality team. </li><li>Demonstrate an understanding of client/Center needs according to programs available under the continuum of care. </li><li>Plan, develop, establish, and review all clinical programs to ensure that appropriate services are being provided and there is quality communication interdepartmentally. </li><li>Supervise and coordinate clinical programs including staff and budget with activities such as hiring, evaluation and terminating of staff, and provision of clinical support, when necessary. </li><li>Establish work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space, and equipment availability. </li><li>Take proactive measures to ensure efficient and quality clinical services such as review, education, and provide additional training to ensure the highest quality for all clinical staff. </li><li>Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic services that are time limited and specific to the assessed needs of the client. </li><li>Facilitate the development of additional clinical programs according to community need and cost effectiveness of these programs. </li><li>Complete required chart audits </li><li>Oversee and expand the use of tele-health treatment throughout the Center. </li><li>Maintain operational oversight of clinician practices and clinic schedules with best practices in scheduling and practice management under the advisement of the Director of Clinic Services and identified clinical quality team. </li><li>Maintain contact with primary clinical referral sources to determine needs and use of clinical programs. This information will be disseminated to the appropriate managers/directors to facilitate improved clinical care and community involvement. </li><li>Develop and maintain heightened awareness of fiscal responsibility pertaining to assigned programming. </li><li>Monitor and report on all clinical data sets, noting significant changes in activities. </li><li>Oversee a variety of metrics based on agency and clinical quality need. </li><li>Must be able to supervise and/or collaborate with a clinical team to continually improve fiscal, operational, and clinical excellence. </li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures. </li><li>Abide by all Center policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintain positive working relations and rapport with the communities served. </li></ul> <p>Additional Annual Compensation and Incentive Opportunities!!</p> <ul> <li>Make up to an additional $625 per week by participating in Mobile Crisis On-Call opportunities in eligible counties </li><li>Eligible for $150/month ($1,800 annually) in student loan repayment, available at hire </li><li>Earn $750 for every person you refer who is hired and remains employed for 6 months and receive an additional $500 every year as long as you both remain employed </li><li>Bilingual wage premiums available for individuals fluent in Spanish or Burmese </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Multiple health plan options to fit your lifestyle </li><li>Health premium wellness discounts </li><li>Employer paid HSA contributions </li><li>Mileage reimbursement </li><li>Dental and Vision </li><li>403(b) retirement plan </li><li>Employer paid life insurance and other supplemental insurance products to choose from </li><li>Up to $10,000 in tuition assistance </li><li>Birthdays off after 1 year of employment </li></ul> <p>To see our full benefits and apply online go to our website: www.4CHealthIN.org</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Background Checks:</p> <ul> <li>4C Health is a Drug-Free Workplace employer. Candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen. </li><li>Candidates must be willing to submit to comprehensive background checks, including but not limited to criminal and child protective services checks. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>A Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred </li><li>A degree is social services, psychology, or related mental health field preferred. </li><li>At least six (6) college credit hours in abnormal psychology or other related psychology classes preferred. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>If a degree is in a field other than that previously stated, must have five (5) years of work experience in mental health or social services </li><li>Experience working with individuals seeking mental health services preferred. </li><li>Leadership experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Necessary Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Works well under supervision as well as independently. Organizes/manages time and daily activities with little direct supervision. </li><li>Ability to think critically and analyze information/situations for most appropriate response. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. </li><li>Manages complex tasks and requests supervision when necessary. </li><li>Able to utilize databases and/or other electronic means to perform duties. </li><li>Models professionalism and teamwork internally and externally. </li><li>Excellent communication skills; internally and externally. Must be able to communicate in a simplistic manner to meet the needs of clients from all walks of life. </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Maintains positive working relations and rapport with the community. </li></ul> <p>Other:</p> <ul> <li>Must have a valid Indiana Driver's License and maintain vehicle insurance requirements per Center policy. </li><li>Must have current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. </li><li>Must have current CPI certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. </li><li>Must have current CANS/ANSA certification of ability to obtain within 90 days.
