The Human Resources Compliance Specialist is responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance for all employee records for all appropriate state, federal and regulatory agencies.</p> <p>In addition to this great opportunity, Belmont offers:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) </li><li>Great Insurance Plan </li><li>PTO Plan </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure ongoing compliance information for all employee HRIS records. </li><li>Coordination of employee personnel records and compliance data for all appropriate state, federal and regulatory agencies. </li><li>Conduct bi-weekly and monthly file and compliance audits. </li><li>Run monthly HR Compliance Reports (License renewal, CPR, Therapeutic Options, annual compliance, annual flu program, etc.). </li><li>Maintain up to date HR compliance binders. </li><li>Point of contact for HR compliance related questions for employees and management. </li><li>Serve as point of contact for employees, and management regarding Worker's Compensation inquires </li><li>Assist HR Manager with full cycle recruitment as needed. </li><li>Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred. </li><li>Two or more year's previous human resources office experience required. </li></ul> <p>BEL01</p>
