Utilizing a collaborative approach to management, this passionate crew is continually growing their skills and presence within the industry.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Location: Douglassville, PA</p> <p>Techo Bloc is seeking its next passionate Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department at our facility based in Douglassville, PA. As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will build programs for preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance. Your contribution maximizes the longevity of the machinery and equipment's excellent performance - a vital piece to our production puzzle!</p> <p>Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on Management supporting a 24/7 production facility </li><li>75% of time spent on the floor with their team </li><li>Collaborate with operational leaders to proactively address maintenance issues. </li><li>Manage a team of plant technicians in both preventative and corrective maintenance. </li><li>Lead troubleshooting teams in both electrical and mechanical control systems. </li><li>Manage the workorder system for parts and labor. </li><li>Manage the parts department and parts inventory. Oversee purchasing of maintenance parts. </li><li>Manage outside vendors and service technicians to ensure the work was performed on time, within budget and within scope. </li><li>Manage capital improvement projects including, budgeting, planning, purchasing and installation (both internal and external) </li><li>Layout, read and fabricate to construction drawings. </li><li>Lead troubleshooting through planning, and execution in both mechanical and electrical breakdowns </li><li>Keep detailed maintenance records on all equipment and tasks performed on the equipment by maintenance team </li><li>Manage plant maintenance costs and plant process reliability. </li><li>Maintain all updated electrical drawings and equipment changes. </li><li>Reduce downtime </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Five years' experience as an industrial maintenance supervisor or similar role </li><li>Microsoft office and ERP experience required </li><li>10+ years' experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance </li><li>Strong familiarity with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics. </li><li>Electrical experience in PLC's and plant automation </li><li>Team Management; Ability to mentor and train others in both mechanical and electrical aspects </li><li>Previous experience in heavy industrial and concrete manufacturing equipment (highly preferred) </li><li>This position requires being on call to support the 24x7 operation when needed </li></ul> <p>About You</p> <ul> <li>You're a hero, who likes to 'save the day'.
