You will guide and nurture preschool children in their learning experiences, foster positive behaviors, and create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. You will be part of a team that works together to provide a fun and enriching summer experience for young children.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that encourage learning in areas such as early literacy, numeracy, art, music, and motor skills. </li><li>Create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe and engaged. </li><li>Foster social and emotional development by encouraging positive interactions, sharing, and communication skills. </li><li>Provide individualized support to children based on their developmental needs. </li><li>Implement classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and orderly environment. </li><li>Encourage curiosity and exploration through hands-on learning and creative play. </li><li>Observe and track children's progress and development, and communicate with parents as needed. </li><li>Support children with personal care routines, such as meal times, bathroom breaks </li><li>Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and well-organized program. </li></ul> <p>The responsibilities and duties listed are illustrations of the various types of work performed.
