<p>ReGenesis Health Care is seeking an enthusiastic Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with excellent patient-care skills and a great attitude to join our team. You will render clinical support in our pediatric office to meet individualized patient needs, according to dependent and independent medical functions and conformance with recognized medical techniques, procedures, and established standards.</p> <p>Excellent salary up to $22.00 an hour based on experience with excellent full-time benefits.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>You will perform selected clinical support and administrative duties and assist medical providers as part of the clinical care team. </li><li>You will conduct pre-visit planning by reviewing and updating patient charts prior to appointment with recent test results and correspondence. </li><li>You will confer with physicians regarding any incomplete patient test/consults or other incomplete orders prior to patient visit. </li><li>You will prepare patients for examination and treatment by escorting them from the waiting area to the exam room and taking histories and vital signs. </li><li>You will prepare, clean, and maintain exam and treatment rooms. </li><li>You will give injections and draw blood; assist with EKGs, OB/GYN exams, office procedures and other patient care services as directed by provider and/or Director of Nursing. </li><li>You will maintain sample medication records, administer medication upon physician order and respond to medication requests per practice protocols. </li><li>You will prepare and maintain clinical supplies and equipment. </li><li>You will triage and respond to patient communications according to practice policies/procedures. </li><li>You will participate in professional development activities and maintain your professional affiliations. </li></ul> <p>Benefits and Perks</p> <ul> <li>Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance (Eligible first of month following hire date) </li><li>$1,000 sign on bonus (Eligible after 90 days) </li><li>18 paid days off. </li><li>9 1/2 paid company holidays, including your birthday. </li><li>401K with Company Match </li><li>Agency wide "Quarterly Incentives" (Eligible after 90 days) </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited school in Medical Assistance. </li><li>Valid registration as a Registered Medical Assistant. </li><li>Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification. </li><li>1-2 years' experience in medical, surgical nursing, or other area of specialty; Pediatric-Specific. </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <ul> <li>Status: </li></ul> <p>Full Time</p> <ul> <li>Work Schedule: </li></ul> <p>Monday - Friday</p>
