It's about owning a strategic portfolio, reshaping how we work, and leading complex, high-impact initiatives that keep America's largest furniture company ahead of the curve.</p> <p>What You'll Own:</p> <p>Strategic Program Leadership</p> <p>Command a diverse portfolio of high-stakes programs across multiple sites</p> <p>Build governance frameworks, set priorities, allocate resources, and mitigate risks like a pro.</p> <p>Be the change champion-drive organizational transformation with clarity and confidence</p> <p>Tech & System Trailblazing</p> <p>Align closely with IT leadership to design the future of our supply chain tech</p> <p>Spearhead enterprise-level implementations (TMS, WMS, ERP-you name it)</p> <p>Lead UAT, systems integration, and optimization efforts that actually work.</p> <p>Business Process Innovation</p> <p>Translate complex business needs into tech-forward solutions</p> <p>Drive continuous improvement across every corner of our operations</p> <p>Lead data migration, manage key vendor partnerships, and ensure every system aligns with real-world business goals</p> <p>What You Bring:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or IT (Master's preferred)</p> <p>12+ years of progressive program leadership experience (5+ years at the senior level)</p> <p>A deep, working knowledge of distribution and transportation operations</p> <p>Real-world experience with system rollouts, integrations, and operational improvement</p> <p>PMP certification or equivalent? Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.</p> <p>Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.</p> <p>Benefits: When you join our family, you are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits programs, which include Health, Dental, Vision, Life/Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k), Paid Holidays, 80 hours paid vacation, and 40 hours of California Paid Sick Leave.
