<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Murdock Mentor serves as a mentor to three (3) Sophomore students. The Murdock Mentor Program is a new initiative that provides specialized and tailored mentorship solely to Sophomores. Murdock Mentors will be matched with their Sophomore mentees based on shared interests. The primary Murdock Mentor responsibility is to build a supportive and consistent relationship with their mentees, share knowledge and experiences, be a resource, facilitate pre-planned events and have fun. The Murdock Mentor is not required to do any program planning.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Desire to support and share your experiences with your mentees</p> <p>Be a Junior (or similar number of credits) at the start of the Fall 25 academic semester</p> <p>Be available this Spring semester for training and some programming</p> <p>Serve the Murdock Mentor role during the Fall 25 and Spring 26 academic year</p> <p>Participate and encourage your mentees to participate in the planned events and activities</p> <p>Good academic standing</p> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>This position is only open to current MCLA students.</p> <p>Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts strongly encourages employees to be up to date with their COVID-19 vaccinations.
